Privacy Policy
Privacy Toolbox is designed around temporary file processing. Files are uploaded for the selected job, processed by the chosen scanner or cleaner, and scheduled for automatic deletion after the configured cleanup window.
What we process
When you use a tool, we process the uploaded file, job status, file type, file size, generated reports, and short-lived download tokens needed to complete the request.
Temporary files
Temporary uploads and generated outputs are scheduled for deletion after the cleanup window. Download links are signed and expire with the job.
Accounts and contact messages
If you create an account, we store your email, hashed password, plan status, and verification status. Contact form messages are stored in the admin dashboard so support requests can be answered.
Operational data
We may store job metrics, tool usage, page analytics, and error categories to monitor reliability, enforce plan limits, and improve the product.
